Privacy, plainly.
This notice explains how the Fuller Function website handles information. Fuller Function is the public brand of Fuller Function Software LLC, founded by Josh Fuller in Newark, Ohio.
When you get in touch
The project form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, area of interest, and a description of your project. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please don’t include passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal data.
When sending is connected, the website sends these details through Resend to the configured business inbox. The email address you provide is used as the reply address. The site does not add you to a mailing list or store your enquiry in a website database.
Security checks and delivery
A connected contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser, device, and network information for that check. Turnstile is loaded on the contact page only when sending is configured. The form’s verification token is checked on the server before an email is requested.
Resend processes the enquiry for email delivery. The receiving email provider also processes the delivered message. These providers may keep delivery, security, or operational records under their own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
If sending is not connected
The form clearly shows when sending is unavailable. In that state it does not load Turnstile or send your enquiry to Resend. If you press send after completing the fields, the form submits to this website, which returns an unavailable response. An unavailable or failed request is never shown as successful.
Browsing and the interactive examples
This build includes no advertising analytics, tracking pixels, chat widgets, or newsletter tools. Fonts and project illustrations are served by this website. The silver sculpture and workflow example run locally in your browser. The workflow uses fixed example content; it does not call an AI service or process your business information.
The website does not intentionally save form drafts in browser storage. Text stays in the page after a failed send, but may be lost if you leave or refresh. The website host may process standard technical request information, such as IP addresses and error records, to operate and secure the site. Hosting practices depend on the service selected at launch.
Keeping and requesting information
Enquiries may remain in the receiving inbox and provider records while needed for correspondence and administration. A specific retention schedule has not been stated here. The application does not log enquiry message bodies.
For a question about an enquiry, a request to correct or delete information, or a privacy question, contact Josh through the project form when it is connected, or use the public email shown there if one has been provided.
